Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Assistant civilians support PAF medical officers and nursing staff at dispensaries, sick quarters, and base medical facilities by assisting with patient care, basic clinical procedures, medication management, medical record maintenance, and ward cleanliness their consistent clinical support directly determines the standard of healthcare that PAF personnel and families receive at base level
2. Medical Assistants conduct health education activities for PAF personnel and families, raising awareness about preventive healthcare practices and supporting the overall wellness of the Air Force community at their assigned base
3. Civil Drivers operate official PAF vehicles at base facilities transporting personnel, supplies, and equipment as officially required reliability, punctuality, and safe driving standards are the core professional expectations of this role and are non-negotiable within a military base environment
4. Drivers maintain their assigned vehicles in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times, report any faults or maintenance needs immediately to the transport officer, and ensure all vehicle documentation remains current and properly maintained

Cooks prepare quality meals at PAF mess facilities for Air Force personnel at their assigned station producing consistently good food on time every single day in a clean, well-organized kitchen environment is the fundamental professional requirement and candidates must demonstrate genuine cooking skill during the practical selection test
6. Cooks maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, manage ingredient stock and replenishment, follow mess committee menu guidance, and ensure the mess facility meets the cleanliness standards expected at a Pakistan Air Force installation
7. All civilian employees maintain PAF discipline at all times, follow base rules and security protocols applicable to military installations, conduct themselves with professionalism in every interaction, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the base through reliable daily performance

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant: Matric from recognized board. Basic computer knowledge mandatory initial test is computerized. Both male and female Pakistani nationals eligible. Age 18 to 30 years as of 21 December 2026.
• Civil Driver: Matric from recognized board. Valid driving licence LTV or HTV as applicable. Male candidates only. Age 18 to 30 years as of 21 December 2026. Candidates should have professional vehicle operation experience.
• Cook: Middle Pass from recognized institution. Proven cooking skills assessed through practical test during selection. Male candidates only. Age 18 to 30 years as of 21 December 2026.
• All candidates must be Pakistani nationals. Candidates dismissed from any government service, involved in criminal cases, or with moral misconduct history are not eligible. Government employees must apply through proper channel with valid NOC from their department.

3. Fill all personal, educational, and contact details accurately in the online registration form
4. Upload scanned copies of CNIC or Smart Card, Matric certificate, domicile, and recent passport-size photograph
5. Upload valid driving licence for Driver post
6. Submit the form and print your Registration Slip showing assigned test date, time, and nearest PAF Information and Selection Centre
7. Report to assigned PAF Selection Centre by 8:00 AM on the assigned date with all original documents and two passport-size photographs

Test Pattern and Selection Process

After online registration, candidates receive a Registration Slip with assigned test date, time, and nearest PAF Information and Selection Centre. On the assigned day, candidates first complete document verification with original and attested copies of all required documents. Verified candidates appear for a computerized written and intelligence test covering basic Urdu, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Islamiyat at Matric level. Medical Assistant and Driver candidates who pass the written test proceed to an interview. • For Medical Assistant, practice basic MS Word and MS Excel before the computerized test. The initial test for Medical Assistant is fully computerized and basic computer skills are explicitly required. Salary Details

Medical Assistant posts are at BPS-09 based on current federal government pay scales, BPS-09 basic pay typically ranges from approximately Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 32,000 per month before allowances.
