UN Women Pakistan is hiring a Planning, Monitoring & Reporting Coordinator for their Islamabad office. This is a national position at NPSA-9 level, open for professionals with solid experience in programme planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting within the development sector.

Their programmes cover women’s economic rights, political participation, protection from violence, and humanitarian response — at both national and provincial levels. The organization works closely with government, civil society, and UN agencies to create lasting change for women and girls in Pakistan.
Reporting to the Deputy Representative, you will manage planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting functions across UN Women Pakistan’s active programmes. You will also support Gender Inclusive Financing (GIF) work and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for Pakistan.
This position gives experienced M&E professionals meaningful exposure to UN-level programme management, policy processes, and international donor reporting standards.
